In Their Own Words: Tanque Verde Pediatrics

Students learning about Safety Awareness
Tanque Verde Pediatrics acknowledges the importance of quality education and supports efforts to ensure appropriate and equitable state funding for all schools. There is an upcoming opportunity to support the Tanque Verde Unified School District Tanque Verde Pediatrics has been providing care for many of the children in the Tanque Verde Unified School District for more than 20 years. Several of our physicians have children enrolled in the district. As pediatricians, we are dedicated to the well-being, safety, and education of our patients. Years of state underfunding has resulted in aging buildings and equipment, and with concerns about school safety and security, there now exists a critical need for capital funding for our schools. TVUSD needs our help to repair, preserve, and improve the schools that are so important to the future of our community. We can help ensure we maintain and enhance the quality schools that TVUSD is known for, and provide the opportunity for the students to obtain the education they need to be competitive. This is our opportunity to come together to provide local funding to help our community's most valuable assets. Please VOTE YES for Proposition 467 on November 6th to approve the TVUSD Bond.
